The trail links numerous plazas, pocket parks and the 31-acre Milliken State Park, featuring covered picnic areas, shoreline fishing and a 63-foot-tall lighthouse. On its western end, Renaissance Center is a cluster of seven interconnected skyscrapers, while roughly midway at Atwater Street is the Dequindre Cut Greenway, leading north to Eastern Market with a farmer’s marketing operating since 1891.
